Policies & Procedures

Booking Your Massage Appointments

  • Visit our online scheduling system 

  • Choose your Service, Date and Time.

  • Fill out the form. 

  • Once submitted you have the option to book another service.


Once we Receive your Appointment Form

  • A Ritual Massage Team member will contact you to discuss details -

  • Or, you will receive an email containing a secure link to submit payment.

  • If you would like to make any changes, email

  • * Appointments are Not Confirmed until payment is received, or a representative has contacted you to work out the details.

Parking and Stairs

  • Please provide detailed parking instructions.

  • Reimburse the therapist if a parking fee is incurred.

  • Include flights of stairs & elevator access to assist your therapist in estimating arrival time and preparing the proper equipment.

Additional Fees

Travel Fees and Late Fees will be discussed with you if applicabale, prior to submitting payment.


  • A $25 Travel Fee is incurred for every 20 miles your provider travels from their posted location.

  • A $50 late fee will be applied to all sessions with a start time 10pm or later.

Gratuity & Promo Codes
Gratuity may be added at time of payment, or in cash to your therapist after your session. 

If you have a Promotional Code, you can apply this code to your order before it is finalized. After Hours bookings are not eligible to utilize Promo Codes.


Health Intake Form
Prior to your Table Massage session you will be asked to fill out a short Health Intake Form (download it here). It is very important to inform your practitioner of any health problems or medications you are taking. If you are under a doctor's care, it is strongly advised that you receive a written recommendation for massage or bodywork prior to any session. Depending on the condition, approval from your doctor may be required.


Currently, we do not accept insurance.


Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and therapists, the following policies are honored:

  • For cancellations within 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your booked session. 

  • For cancellations within two hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the total cost of your booked session.

Keep the Good Karma Flowing
In an effort to keep the Ritual Massage Team thriving and providing you with exceptional service, we ask that you do not contact your massage provider directly, or request the personal information of your provider, as this will terminate the massage therapist's relationship with the RMT team. If you would like to book a future service from your therapist, they will redirect you to Ritual Massage Therapy or supply you with a Ritual Massage Therapy business card.


All Ritual Massage services are intended to create a positive experience. We cater to clients who are looking for healing from physical injuries as well as emotional and mental stress. We serve our clients with respect and open hearts.


We expect the same level of integrity from our clients. Any inappropriate actions or suggestive remarks will result in the immediate termination of your session incurring the full payment of the scheduled appointment.
