Terms & Conditions

COVID19 Requirements:
Both clients and therapists must wear face coverings throughout their visit and massage sessions.
Massage clients must fill out the COVID Form.

Cancellations and No Shows

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and therapists, the following policies are honored:


No Shows

  • Your massage therapist may arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Be prepared and available to answer your phone should your therapist need to contact you for directions.

  • Clients who are unable to be reached or located will be granted a 15 minute grace period. If client can not be located after 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment is considered forfeited and will be charged the total cost of the session. 


  • Cancellations within 4 hours prior to scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the total cost of the booked session. 

  • Cancellations within 2 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged the total cost of your booked session.

Payment & Gratuity

  • Payment is required at time of booking to secure the availability of your massage provider and confirm the details of your appointment. We accept credit cards and Zelle bank transfers. Cash, Paypal, Venmo and Cashapp when applicable. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is submitted.

  • Gratuity may be added at time of payment, or in cash to your therapist after your session. 

Additional Fees

Travel Fees and Late Fees will be discussed with you if applicable, prior to submitting payment.

  • A $25 Travel Fee is incurred for every 20 miles your provider travels to/from their posted location.

  • A $50 Late Fee will be applied to all sessions with a start time 10pm or later.

  • Client covers any Parking Fees incurred by the massage therapist.


Currently, we do not accept insurance.

Health Intake Form 
Prior to your Table Massage treatment, a health assessment is required. Once your appointment has been confirmed please fill out and submit the Health Intake Form found here.

It is very important to inform your practitioner of any health problems or medications you are taking. If you are under a doctor's care, it is strongly advised that you receive a written recommendation for massage or bodywork prior to any session. Depending on the condition, approval from your doctor may be required.

Keep the Good Karma Flowing
In an effort to keep the Ritual Massage Team thriving and providing you with exceptional service, we ask that you do not contact your massage provider directly, or request the personal information of your provider as this will terminate any further relationships with our massage therapists. If you would like to book a future service from your therapist, they will redirect you to Ritual Massage Therapy or supply you with a Ritual Massage Therapy business card.

Sexual, Sensual, Erotic or Tantric Massage Requests

We do not provide any type of sexual, sensual, erotic or tantric massage services. 
All Ritual Massage services are intended to address pain reduction, injury prevention / recovery, and provide relief from emotional and mental stress.
We serve our clients with respect and open hearts. We expect this same level of integrity from our clients. 


Any inappropriate actions or suggestive remarks will result in the immediate termination of your session incurring the full payment of the scheduled appointment. 

Sexual activity during a massage session violates the Massage Therapy Act, California Business and Professions Code section 4609

person or part of the body, for just and reasonable cause 

per NCBTMB Code of Ethics​
