The Easiest Exercise - Lay on the Floor
This is one of the easiest “exercises” we can do to recalibrate our body’s system.
An exercise that allows gravity to do all the work.
That is, if you are still able to lay down on the floor.
Start doing this exercise today, before you find out you missed your window.

Lying on your back with your legs raised against a wall helps: blood flow back toward the heart, reduces mild swelling in the feet and ankles, and relieves tired, heavy legs. This simple position also promotes relaxation and can ease lower-back tension, especially after long periods of standing. Do this exercise at the end of your day. It requires no equipment, no strenuous activity, just lay down and let gravity undo it's pressures from your day.
